The Coolite Toolkit is dual licensed per developer under a royalty-free Coolite Commercial License (CCL) or open-source GNU GPL 3.0 License (GPL)

The purchase of a Coolite Commercial License (CCL) for ASP.NET includes a full ExtJS Commercial License. You do not require a separate ExtJS Commercial License, as one is granted to you with each Coolite Commercial License.
