Once ExtJS 3.0 is officially released, will there be extra licensing fee for the upgrade?  When is Coolite planning to move to ExtJS 3.0?  Immediately after the official release or should we expect a 1-2 month delay for toolkit integration?

I was just about to post about this too. Any thoughts on this yet Geoffrey/Vladimir?

Check out the Ext JS store:

http://www.extjs.com/store/extjs/

In order to move from a commerical license of Ext JS 2.0 to Ext JS 3.0 there is a fee associated. Since Coolite is a proxy of the commerical license agreement with Ext JS I have no doubt there will be a fee associated the real question is how much additional on top of the Ext JS license?

Hope this helps answer the question of "Yes or no" and moves us into the "OK, how much?" direction

Cheers,
Timothy

No I disagree that it is as clear-cut as that. The license we have purchased for Coolite entitles us (FOC) to all versions of Coolite upto and including version 1.0 through to 1.x.

Oops, looks like I misread the fine print:

All Professional Edition packages will receive a free upgrade to the Toolkit Version 1.0
once released and 1.x minor version upgrades as noted above.
