Sorry about the Portal samples being down. We're moving some of the examples around. There's a new Examples Explorer coming which will stabalize these examples and get them out of the "sandbox".

The samples should be back online shortly. Until that time, you can find the source code for the samples at the following location, see http://code.google.com/p/coolite-ux-toolkit/source/browse/#svn/trunk/Coolite.UX.Examples/Extensions/Portal

Nope, just a styled <div>. The <ext:Menu> will be included with v0.7.

sorry about that, again. I've fixed and re-uploaded to sandbox.

We're going to be releasing our Coolite.Ext.UX Visual Studio Solution in conjunction with v0.6. The .sln will contain the Portal.cs code as well as several other extensions like <ux:GMapPanel> and several plugins for the <ext:GridPanel>.

The Portal extensions are based on 0.5.x code and I will be releasing/publishing (or blogging about) a new Coolite.Ext.UX project very shortly (hopefully within the next 48 hours). The UX project contains the Portal extensions.

Dang. I changed something with ext:AnchorLayout, revised all the samples and re-uploaded. But, for some reason the Portal Pages did not get updated properly. I should have them fixed shortly.

Extensions and Coolite

Is there / will there be a semi-easy way to add an extension to Coolite objects? I'm thinking specifically the portal extension seen in the demos: http://extjs.com/deploy/dev/examples/portal/portal.html

Still trying to get my head wrapped around the coolite code, and haven't messed with extJS extensions much yet. But I know that I would likely want to implement my own eventually.
